Books are just one on many things now available for loan from public libraries some of whom have expanded their collections to include, games, busking kits, sports equipment, laptops, tablets, and much more.

Join us to find out more about the different things now being offered for loan, how the schemes were set up, and how the collections are managed. 

Our speakers will be:

• Adam Bayfield, Head of Marketing & Customer Services at Guille-Allès Library in Guernsey, where they have their own library of things lending busking kits, bat detectors, litter pickers, games etc.
• Maria Garcia, Senior Service Development Officer in Merton, where they have lots of lending projects including, Connecting Merton (a free tech lending service), Library of Things, sports equipment loaning, and Learn, Play, Grow SEND equipment loaning.

There will also be time for questions and to hear about the things your library lends.
