Libraries Connected begins development of its new strategy
Libraries Connected has appointed Shared Intelligence to support the development of its new four year strategy (2023-2027).
The strategy will form the basis of their bid to Arts Council England to continue as the sector support organisation for libraries. It will also consider how they can broaden their funding and partnerships base to develop more work outside England.
Shared Intelligence, were commissioned after a competitive tendering process. They have worked with Libraries Connected on its Universal Offers review and more recently in the development of its library accreditation scheme.
They have also designed and delivered a range of engagement processes with individual library services including Lewisham, Shropshire, Kingston, and Dorset.
In addition to the strategic plan, Shared Intelligence will also support the Libraries Connected Board to develop its funding bid to Arts Council England.

The new strategic plan will be completed by the end of March 2022.
