Invitation to Tender: Governance Review for Libraries Connected

We are seeking an expert contractor – individual or agency – to support our Board to undertake an independent review of organisational governance, working practices and effectiveness in order to create a dynamic governance, leadership and management support structure that will best enable us to deliver our vision and strategic plan.
