Libraries Connected is pleased to announce that Lesley Sim has been appointed to its Board of Trustees.  Membership of the Board is drawn from the heads of public library services as well as public services and the arts.  The Trustees help shape Libraries Connected at this critical stage in its development – to ensure we remain rooted in our membership whilst growing our capacity to provide ambitious support and leadership for libraries.

Mark Freeman, President commented ‘The Libraries Connected Board is very pleased to welcome Lesley Sim as our new member.  Lesley’s experience in managing a large county library service and her long association with CILIP, ASCEL and SCL both regionally and locally will be a great asset to us.  We look forward to working with her from the Autumn’.
