Libraries Connected Yorkshire & Humber (LCYH) is seeking a consultant or organisation to work with to deliver against Outcome 4 of its 2024-2025 Strategic Plan: "Everyone understands the impact we make and the value of libraries to our communities". LCYH would like to better identify and articulate the important work of its network members to regional decision makers and thus secure support and funding.
